Skills/Experience

  • Bachelors in Computer Science or related in the Computer field and having the knowledge and experience in the pertinent field
  • Proficient in Java, with a good knowledge of its ecosystems
  • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming
  • Familiar with various design and architectural patterns
  • Experience in developing web applications (JSF, Wicket, GWT, Spring, J2EE, Java, XML, XSLT, JAXB, Hibernate, etc)
  • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
  • Familiarity with build tools such as Ant, Maven, Jenkins and Gradle
  • Familiarity with one or more of the following application servers Eg: Tomcat, JBoss, Web Logic, Web Sphere
  • Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate)
