Telecommunications/SATCOM Project Manager

Job Requirements :

  • Minimum a High Risk Public Trust (T4) clearance.
  • Minimum Experience: 4 years
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
  • Need a PMP or detailed knowledge of PMBOK
  • Experience with program management processes include process management and control, cost control, program reporting, management, performance measurement, quality control procedures, and provide subject matter expert guidance to the customer who will develop governance policy implementation.
  • Areas of expertise include: (a) Project management and automated project management tools (b) Federal government regulations and business processes (c) Current technology standards and practices (d) System architecture design and analysis (e) Business area data modelling and design.
  • Experience with deliverables to include:
    • Conduct a Kick-Off Meeting with the Contracting Officer, Contracting Officer’s Representative, and customer Stakeholders.
    • Provide Program Review Monthly Meeting reporting to support the management and oversight of the telecommunications /SATCOM task order activities, (to include planned versus actual expenditures) reporting.
    • Provide Transition In-Out Plan to the Contracting Officer, Contracting Officer’s Representative, and Stakeholder.
  • Provide support to the telecommunications/SATCOM Program Office to ensure compliance with BIC reporting guidelines.
