Alka Howard serves as the Vice President of Human Resources and leads several strategic initiatives across the organization including the development, implementation and execution of the organization’s Human Resources strategies supporting annual business objectives and its long-range strategic plan.

Alka brings over 20 years of leadership experience within the federal government consulting space, Healthcare, Information Technology, Education, and the Investment Banking environment and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. As a Senior Manager, Alka’s previous roles have included working in rapidly growing startup organizations where she led the implementation of various Human Resources initiatives including Training & Development, Recruiting, Employee Relations, Benefits Administration, Performance Management, and Payroll. As a passionate HR professional, Alka strives on building a healthy workforce culture and being a strategic partner with senior management to ensure that the HR initiatives are aligned with the overall organization’s mission.
