eTel. Announces Director of Proposal Delivery and Operations
May 13, 2021 – Leesburg, VA – eTelligent Group is proud to announce Richard Green as our new Director of Proposal Delivery and Operations. Richard is an Air Force Veteran with over 20 years of business and finance experience, with 13 years at start-up, small, and large government contracting firms. His business development and proposal management experience include the development of multiple proposals ranging in size from small task orders to multi-million-dollar IDIQ’s, for federal customers; Department of Defense (DoD), Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), General Services Agency (GSA), Department of Commerce (DOC) and Department of Agriculture (USDA).
