December 15, 2021 – Leesburg, VA – eTelligent Group has received another contract award by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) to provide program management and cybersecurity services to implement an Enterprise Customer Callback Solution. This new initiative will implement new technologies to provide flexible Taxpayer services that will provide improved IRS agent contact and self-service options. “eTel will facilitate and help drive the implementation of the new enterprise Customer Callback solution that will allow Taxpayers the option to register their phone number for a callback and hang up while the system places them in queue for an available assistor,” said Lisa Wetzel, eTelligent’s EVP, Strategy & Government Solutions“We are very excited to directly impact the Taxpayer’s experience by helping to improve operational efficiency, resilience, and innovation with this enterprise-wide callback services.“

eTelligent will lead the program management and implementation team in the design, engineering, deployment, implementation, and transition of the new, secure solution that will elevate the Taxpayer’s experience when reaching out to the IRS for services.
