eTel Receives IRS Modernization Contract

December 15, 2022 – Leesburg, VA – eTel received an $8.9M contract award to support the Internal Revenue Service’s (IRS) Information Returns Modernization (IR Mod) Program Management Office. This new work is focused on fully modernizing Information Returns processing for tax returns to improve data access and data integration. This will consolidate, standardize, and simplify the processing of documents while improving availability and resiliency.

This important IR Mod Program will retire legacy applications and introduce new digital forms that can be completed and filed online in a cloud-based solution.
