eTel 2022 Employee Awards: A Year in Review
December 27, 2022 – Leesburg, VA – This year’s end-of-year holiday party was a celebration of the hard work and dedication of our employees. We are pleased to recognize several individuals who have made significant contributions to the success of our company. First, we would like to thank all our employees for their hard work and contributions to the growth we have realized over the past year. The dedication and commitment to excellence our team members have shown has helped us achieve great success, and we are truly grateful for all that they do. We appreciate the time, effort, and talent that they each bring to our team. We again thank them for their dedication and for being such an important part of our success. We look forward to continuing our work as we turn the calendar to 2023 as we strive for even greater achievements this year. In this spirit of appreciation, we wish to recognize just a few key pieces of our team that have gone above and beyond the call of duty to support the company this year.
Company MVP
Yanika Gupta was named MVP of the company for her diligent work supporting multiple facets of eTel’s operations. Yanika has been a star performer across all aspects of the company growth team. In 2022, Yanika led the arduous processes for the company CMMI L3 and ISO certifications while simultaneously managing numerous other projects. Yanika also serves as our team’s BD Manager, managing proposal coordination, pricing, and compliance activities. She manages the Marketing/Communications team and coordinates the team of 10+ members to promote the eTel brand and communications, including the website, social media, and other news and events. Yanika manages many administrative projects, including our GSA Schedule and other contracts documentation, execution, and reporting. Yanika is very responsive, thorough, and professional.
Most importantly, she is a fantastic colleague across all organizational levels. She is the epitome of a hardworking, dedicated, and successful partner on any project she leads or supports. She raises the bar for us by consistently providing quality products and services daily. Yanika is a tireless worker who always goes above and beyond to ensure our company runs smoothly. Yanika is responsive, thorough, professional, and above all, kind. She is a star performer in multiple areas of the company, and we are so lucky to have her on our team!
Rookies of the Year
Tyler Farid, Orion Cua, and Miti Naik were all named rookies of the year. These three employees have exceeded expectations in their work this year, and we have received excellent feedback from our clients about their performance. We are proud to have them on our team and look forward to seeing their continued growth and success in the future.
Employee Choice Awards
The Employee Choice Awards were given to several deserving individuals, including Nakul Gupta, Andrea Szabo, Sekar Bethavandu, Joel Del Rosario, Lori Smith, Komal Chandiramani, and Asha Punnoose. These employees have all made significant contributions to the company and have been recognized by their peers for their hard work and dedication. We are so thankful to have these talented individuals on our team and look forward to seeing them continue to excel in their roles.
Nakul Gupta received one of our Employee Choice Awards. He received tremendous positive feedback from employees and candidates whom Nakul managed or interacted with. We thank him for all he has done to help the company this year!
Lori Smith and Asha Punnoose are both incredible resources for the company. They ensure compliance in all aspects of our work, and we consistently receive positive feedback from the CORs they interact with. Feedback received regularly includes praise for their breadth of knowledge and outstanding professionalism. We are again so thankful to have these two remarkable women on our team!
Sekar Bethavandu also received an Employee Choice Award. Sekar is responsible for incredibly essential work for eTelligent, and he takes this responsibility very seriously and professionally. The company recognizes how much Sekar has taken on in his day-to-day workload, and we appreciate everything he has done to build solid foundations with our customers.
Komal Chandiramani, a manager of vital projects, was recognized for her fantastic performance this year after stepping up to take on increased program management responsibilities. We appreciate the work she has done to help the company function at its best!
Joel Del Rosario and Andrea Szabo, Program and Project Managers respectively, have performed fantastic work internally and externally for the company. Their work is essential to our company’s ability to accomplish vital work on important contracts. Their work represents some of the best our company has to offer, and our customers appreciate working with them thanks to their high quality of work and professional habits. We are very thankful to have them on our team!
